For our founder, Ditya Gawade, entrepreneurship was always the dream. Instead of choosing a conventional career, she chose to build something with her own hands.
What started as a small home workshop with a passion for handmade jewellery gradually grew into a trusted Maharashtrian jewellery brand. With determination, family support, and countless hours of hard work, Kalakar Ditya transformed from a single-person venture into a growing business loved across Maharashtra and beyond.

Today, more than 150 women work with us from their homes, turning their talent into financial independence while balancing their families. Every necklace, mangalsutra, and traditional ornament reflects not just craftsmanship but the collective effort of women supporting women.
